i went to mavis to get all 4 of my tires replaced and realigned for my 2016 toyota prius. they were helpful in asking what kind of tires i wanted, and what my budget was. at first the price was steep, but when i expressed trepidation, they were very generous with discounts to keep the whole ordeal within budget, and the tires themselves were brand new mavis branded goodyear tires. i agreed to a free check up of my car as well, as long as it remained free and they wouldn't do any work without my consent. after I'd dropped it off, they called ~1 hour later and told me the issues theyd found, and listed out the cost for each one. as i was working within a budget, i politely said i would pass for today and get them dealt with another day. they were again very accommodating and fit all "extra services" into my cars work without adding any cost. finally, when it was time to pick my car up another hour later, the price was indeed as theyd promised they'd maintain, and the checkout/pickup was very easy. HOWEVER, after pulling out, i immediately noticed my wheels had been incorrectly realigned with my steering wheel, making it so i could only drive straight if my wheel was turned left. i tu

I came in worried I’d need to buy a new tire after finding a large bolt puncututed right in the middle of my tread. Tyson and Tyler quickly assessed the damage and got it fixed. Not only did they patch it expertly, they had me back on the road in just thirty minutes. I really appreciated their skill and efficiency. Highly recommended if you need reliable tire service.

Mavis came through for me yesterday! My tire light randomly came on and I assumed it was just low tire pressure. I went to lunch and came back out to a completely flat tire!! Thank God I was only 5 minutes from Mavis, but the staff were so gracious because it was literally 5 minutes before they closed!!! I called them to ask if they’d take me bc i’d be there right at their closing time. They were so kind and told me to take my time to get there, and they waited for me to fix my tire. It was such a blessing, awesome service and quick! I have been a customer with Mavis for years; this location really outdid themselves for helping me and staying late to replace my tire. Good service and good prices! Highly recommend.
